MANAGEMENT BIOGRAPHIES

Randall Swift joined the company in 1998 as Vice-President Sales & Marketing with subsidiary, Capacity of Texas. In 1999, he became President of Capacity, was named Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer in April of 2005, and named President and Chief Executive Officer in November of 2006. Prior to joining the Company, he held various sales management, operations and engineering responsibilities with Cummins Southern Plains, Inc.

Hans Heinsen joined the Company and was named Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in January 2007. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Executive Vice President - International of Solo Cup Company, Inc..

John L. Dreasher joined the company in 2003 as Director of Corporate Human Resources and was named Vice-President Human Resources of the Company in March of 2005. Prior to joining the company, he held human resource and manufacturing positions with Textron, Gates Corporation and General Electric.

Ron Sorensen joined the Company in 1978 as a Junior Buyer. After holding various positions within the company he was promoted to Director of Corporate Purchasing in 1996 and Vice-President of Risk Management in May of 2005. Prior to joining the company Ron held the position of District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America.

Kent E. Tyler joined the Company in 1997 as Vice-President Marketing, was named Corporate Vice-President of Sales & Marketing in December of 2005 and named President of the Bus divisions January 2007. Prior to joining the Company, he was Vice-President of Ackerman McQueen, a full-service national marketing and advertising agency.

Bob Collins joined Wheeled Coach in 1977 as a Field Sales Representative. Before being appointed to the position of Company President in 1995, he held a variety of positions at Wheeled Coach including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales. Bob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Phillip Ford joined the company in 2005 as President of Capacity of Texas and Mobile Products. Prior to joining the company, he was Chief Operating Officer for SRI Sports. He held various management positions with Ingersoll-Rand, NASA and Lee Apparel. Mr. Ford has a MBA from Georgia State and BSIE from the University of Alabama.
